"
Handmade Concert"

A DVD & audio CD pack

By

Charbel Rouhana &
The Beirut Oriental Ensemble
On the 24th of May 2008, Forward Music invited the public to join us in a concert of contemplative and meditative music, breaking away from the outside world and delving into the realm of serenity.

After much turmoil, the concert took place under circumstances best described as delicate. Charbel Rouhana and The Beirut Oriental Ensemble succeeded in disconnecting from external realities. They played entrancingly, captivating the audience for nearly one and a half hours of soaring emotions.

The public was under the spell of the music and as Charbel aptly put it: "We thought we were alone in the concert hall, we realized the public was present only when the applause broke out after each musical piece".

"That Saturday night the audience and the musicians were one in this high standard experience.", quoted the press.

The entire "Handmade" experience is captured in this DVD and Audio CD Pack, including: The concert, interviews with Charbel Rouhana and the musicians, behind the scenes footage and bonus material never released before.
The "Handmade" concert is the first DVD of a series to be released by Forward Music.
The "Handmade" concert will be available in stores the second of December 2008. It will also be available online at www.forwardmusic.net
